Hey there & welcome,
I am a trauma informed yoga teacher currently located in the city of Toronto. I completed my 200 hour training in Bali specifically focusing on Vinyasa, and have since started working towards my 300 Hour at Yogaspace in Toronto.
I fell in love with yoga many years ago. The creativity of the flows, the strength building & the emphasis on mobility and flexibility is what drew me in. The rich philosophy, the way of life it offers & the entire system of yoga is what kept me there. Yoga has a little bit of something for everyone. It is challenging both physically and mentally and this is why I always come back to it. The practice of yoga grounds you in the present moment, helping to reconnect with everything around you that is happening right NOW.
Through movement, meditation & practiced ways of thinking, we can inch our way closer to a more peaceful & present existence.
